Astute finance s.r.o. is a Czech Registered company with offices located in center of Prague, Czech Republic.
It was established by David Crofts, who remains a shareholder of the company.

Chris has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and is a holder of the full Advanced Financial Planning Certificate in the UK and qualified as an Associate of the Society of Financial Advisers (now the Personal Finance Society).
He is now permanently resident in the Czech Republic.
Chris´ specialist areas involve "holistic" financial planning, pension/retirement benefits and trusts.

Adam has been involved in Financial services since 1999 working for the Royal Bank of Scotland and subsequently as an Independent Financial Advisor. He holds the full FPC and CEMAP.
He has been working for Astute finance s.r.o. since the summer of the 2005 and now has a wealth of experience in securing financing in the UK and the Czech Republic. This means Adam can fully understand client expectation and temper that with what is realistic in the Czech Republic.

Irena is the leader of the admin team working for Astute finance s.r.o. as an external specialist. As a former employee of a major bank she is familiar with all mortgage application procedures. She is the main point of contact and communication with the Czech banks. She is fluent in Czech, German and English and she is responsible for the supervision of the whole administration  process, and home and contents insurance.

Working closely with Irena, Dana is the administration assistent of the team. She is fluent in Czech and English and deals with day to day administration during the whole mortgage case procedure. She is also responsible for organising independent property valuations.
Her role also involves the maintenance and update of the Astute finance website.

Lucie is a member of the mortgage administration team. She assists the mortgage team to process mortgage cases through to completion and organises property and life insurance.
She is also responsible for the management of the internal office accounts. She is fluent in Czech and English.
